This short course aims to bridge the gap between strength and conditioning and therapy for all practitioners working with individuals undergoing rehabilitation and aims to help improve your knowledge and ultimately patient and athlete outcome.

To start, it is important that a common language is spoken to bridge the gap and allow a continuous flow and understanding between the two embedded fields. This course starts off by explaining various approaches used in rehabilitation whilst elaborating on key areas and language such as anatomy, physiology and biomechanical principles which are the grounding foundations to optimising rehabilitaiton.
